Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workflow and solution designs to meet defined benefits for clients
• Guide clients through system changes, upgrades, and maintenance processes
• Serve as the primary consultant for troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
• Maintain client relationships for effective issue escalation and support
• Resolve escalated issues using expertise during various system phases
• Manage client expectations to ensure successful project outcomes
• Coach and mentor teams on best methodology practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years in healthcare IT implementation or consulting
• 1+ year of project management experience
• Strong communication skills with diverse teams
• Ability to document and present complex ideas clearly
• Proven client relationship-building skills
• Aptitude for problem-solving amidst complex information

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
