Responsibilities
- Build solid, lasting relationships with customers as a trusted adviser
- Provide pre-sales technical support for complex solution development and implementation
- Collaborate with sales teams to assess the application of the company’s solutions
- Present complex solutions and design value-driven architectures
- Connect technology and industry trends to customer value and the company solutions
- Guide subject matter expert teams and create technical collateral
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar role
- Deep experience in multiple the company product verticals or related competitive products
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Proven record of developing relationships within enterprise IT organizations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with implementation challenges for cloud-native and containerized environments
