About the role

The Integration & Architecture team at Domino is responsible for designing and delivering the architectures and integrations that embed Domino into our customers' IT landscapes. As Solution Architects, you will partner with account teams and customers to scope technically sound solutions, build the integrations that make Domino work in complex enterprise environments, and feed real-world requirements back to Product.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver solution architectures that integrate Domino into customer IT landscapes across infrastructure, data, identity, and security.
  • Build, test, and document new field integrations with ecosystem technologies, and enable the broader Solutions team on them.
  • Partner with account and sales-engineering teams on scoping, custom demos, and proofs of concept that address real customer use cases.
  • Create reproducible, well-tested artifacts — reference architectures, integration templates, runbooks — that improve delivery consistency.
  • Gather field requirements and feature requests and translate them into actionable input for Product and Engineering.
  • Continuously grow across cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI/ML tooling, applying new skills directly in customer solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional technical experience, including 1+ year in a client-facing consulting/solutions role.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in complex, often regulated, enterprise IT environments.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience with Kubernetes, including managed offerings (EKS, AKS, GKE).
  • Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong Linux fundamentals; distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Dask) a plus.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, identity providers (SAML/OIDC, Keycloak), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Programming experience in Python and/or R (Bash/Terraform a plus).
  • Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into secure, compliant architectures.
  • Hands-on AI/ML or data platform experience (Domino or comparable tooling) a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication: able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to innovate in the field of AI and data science.

Skills

  • Technical skills in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and identity providers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML and data platform technologies.

Benefits

  • Equity
  • Company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses
  • 401(k) plan
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Wellness stipends

Pay

The annual US base salary range for this role is $180,000—$220,000 USD. The range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
