About the role

The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in Centre Technologies' project delivery team, focusing on developing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs. They work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, create designs, and support implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical matters.
• Become a trusted adviser to customers through deep, consultative technical relationships.
• Assess current systems architecture and recommend improvements.
• Analyze the business impact of technical choices.
• Provide updates on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and application infrastructure.
• Articulate the Enterprise vision on technologies and solutions to clients, positioning Centre Technologies as a thought leader.
• Prioritize customer solution and technical requirements and champion their resolution internally.
• Develop and expand product knowledge to deliver quality services to clients.
• Travel to client sites, conferences, and other related events as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role (such as Sr. System Administration, Infrastructure, Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Stack, including Office 365 (MCSA Office 365), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Windows Administration tools.
• Experience with Meraki & CISCO, virtualization (VMware Technologies & CITRIX), and managing on-premises and hosted data center environments.
• Intermediate knowledge of Cloud Economics and Optimization, experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and previous experience with managed service providers.
• Previous experience with enterprise cloud migration and transformation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Expert level certifications in server, cloud, M365, and other relevant fields.
• Cisco networking or similar certifications.
• Experience with VMware.
