About the Company
RightCrowd, a portfolio company of Bloom Equity Partners, is a leader in Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions. We help organizations worldwide secure their facilities and manage who has access to what, where, and when. Our clients include major global enterprises across energy, manufacturing, financial services, and other critical industries.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Solution Architect to join our project delivery team—someone who thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and direct customer engagement. This role uniquely combines technical leadership with hands-on customer impact.
- Technical Leadership: Own the technical relationship with customers from initial requirements through successful deployment, architecting solutions tailored to specific needs.
- Direct Customer Impact: Work directly with enterprise clients' project teams to solve complex integration challenges and deliver measurable business value.
- Diverse Challenges: Tackle varied technical problems, from integrating Lenel OnGuard access control systems to troubleshooting Active Directory authentication or configuring cloud-based deployments.
- Growth & Learning: Develop expertise in PIAM, a specialized and growing field that blends traditional IT skills with cutting-edge security technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers, from design to implementation.
- Collaborate directly with client teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and various access control platforms.
- Manage technical scope, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members.
- Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional IT experience with a strong foundation in core concepts (no hand-holding required).
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS).
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience integrating applications, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Willingness to work US hours and collaborate with global teams.
Why This Role Stands Out
- High Visibility & Impact: Your work directly shapes how major organizations secure facilities and manage access for thousands of employees and contractors.
- Technical Breadth: Work across the full technology stack—databases, applications, cloud platforms, networking, and specialized security systems.
- Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships with enterprise clients rather than working on anonymous internal projects.
- Professional Growth: Develop expertise in a high-demand field while working with the latest technologies and enterprise-scale challenges.
- Variety: No two projects are alike—one month you might secure offshore facilities for an energy company, the next manage headquarters access for a financial institution.
