Job#: 3053714 Job Description: Solution Architect Location: Sacramento, California (Partial Remote) Role Overview The Solution Architect will lead architecture, integration design, cloud strategy, security design, and technical direction for a large-scale public sector platform. This platform supports external registration, workflow automation, correspondence management, fee collection, reporting, and environmental ledger processing. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture through design, development, implementation, and deployment.Architect custom .NET applications.Architect AWS cloud solutions.Develop strategies for enterprise integrations. Required Qualifications 5+ years as a Solution Architect.Experience as an architect on at least one completed IT project with a contract value exceeding $2M.Experience supporting enterprise systems with over 1,000 users.3+ years of experience architecting custom .NET applications, AWS cloud solutions, and enterprise integrations. Preferred Qualifications AWS Professional certification.Experience with government security or compliance environments.Background in enterprise application modernization programs.Experience with configurable workflow platforms.
