Solution Analyst
About the role
Our next Solution Analyst will join the Professional Services team at Insurity, playing a key role in implementing and supporting our Insurity Submission Gateway product. They will configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided. They will develop and execute required feature tests for in-scope changes and assigned use cases, proactively identify and escalate risks in project work in a timely manner, assist the Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates, collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality, and deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided
- Develop and execute required feature tests for in-scope changes and assigned use cases
- Proactively identify and escalate risks in project work in a timely manner
- Assist Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality
- Deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Software or broader software industry
- 1+ years of experience working with low code configuration recommended
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira recommended
- Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
- Experience building rate/quote/bind workflows is a strong plus
- Ability to travel to customer locations: up to 5%
