Solution Advisor - FinOps

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for the company FinOps Portfolio
• Assist customers in maximizing product adoption through consultative engagements
• Develop and regularly update best practices for customer use
• Create and publish training content in collaboration with the Enablement team
• Collaborate with various internal teams to enhance customer success
• Engage in product development by providing insights from customer interactions
• Travel up to 20% to connect with customers and attend events

Qualifications

• FinOps Certified Practitioner
• Experience with large cloud spend analysis and optimization
• Proficient in conducting customer workshops and advising on tailored paths for success
• Familiarity with packaged or custom-built FinOps tools
• Strong customer-centric mentality with a focus on customer success

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
