Key Responsibilities
- Performing hand soldering of electrical assemblies
- Experience with hand crimping of a variety of contact styles
- Ability to read and work from assembly prints, schematics and procedures required
- Minding quality and detailed working with precision and care
- Maintaining a clean and safe workstation
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, associate degree in technical field preferred
- Two+ years in an equivalent role with extensive hands-on experience
- Experience with soldering of connectors
- Experience with assembly and termination of coax connectors and ethernet products preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to carry out defined tasks independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- J-STD 001 certification preferred but not required (will certify on site) and IPC A620 preferred
Compensation
Employee Type: Hourly
Salary Minimum: 50,000
Salary Maximum: 60,000
