Solar System Designer

Responsibilities

• Possess deep understanding of the design guidelines and apply the techniques and skills necessary to execute tasks.
• Drive to completion basic to complex proposal roof solar design in a timely manner and within quality threshold.
• Consistently meet target output with no or minimal errors.
• Consistently deliver design requests within the required Service Level Agreement.
• Interact regularly with Design Engineer colleagues, Team Lead, and stakeholders for process alignment.
• Comply with company policies and job expectations.
• Be open to change, creative, optimistic, and set the example for team culture.

Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of Aurora Solar or Helioscope, Satellite Imaging Map Tools, AutoCAD.
• Interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment.
• Analytical skills – ability to gather and analyze data, and solve problems.
• Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable method.
