Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's solar customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities, including residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and government agencies.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring high conversion rates from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate high-quality leads through campaigns, referrals, and partnerships.
- Address customer concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and report on industry trends to refine sales strategies.
- Contribute to pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales/marketing plans.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in solar energy sales or renewable energy sector.
- Strong client-facing and technical proposal development abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of solar products, financing options (leases, PPAs, loans), and government incentives.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Fully fluent in English and Chinese; public speaking skills for industry events.
