About the role
The Solar Quality Manager oversees the quality assurance and quality control processes within the solar operations department. This role ensures that all solar installations meet industry standards and company guidelines.Responsibilities
- Evaluates and implements new quality control procedures
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Conducts regular audits and inspections of solar installations
- Collaborates with project teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Develops and maintains quality management systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quality management role
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and industry standards
- Experience with quality control software and tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
