Responsibilities

• Develop and manage solar energy projects from conception to completion
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar energy or construction
• Strong understanding of solar technology and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of solar panel installation and maintenance
• Understanding of electrical systems and wiring
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
