Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on rooftops
- Travel with a crew to complete installations in other states and local areas as needed
- Learn to use and maintain roofing and electrical equipment
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy equipment and materials
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 required
