Solar Installation Technician

Ethical Energy Solar is looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking Solar Installation Technicians to join our growing installation team. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, solving problems, and seeing the results of your work come to life, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain residential solar energy systems
• Assemble and install solar panels and related equipment
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and project plans
• Install and connect batteries and other solar accessories
• Professionally interact with customers while working on their property

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated
• Comfortable working on construction job sites and rooftops
• A strong problem solver who can identify issues and develop solutions
• Willing to learn new products and installation methods
• Able to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Able to work independently while also contributing to a team

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
