Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial solar installation crews
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
- Ensure work meets company, manufacturer, and code requirements
- Cookordinate daily activities with the Project Manager
- Complete project documentation, photos, and reports
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Train and mentor crew members while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Construction leadership experience required
- Commercial solar experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC and roofing codes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and work in Arizona weather
- Entry-Level NABCEP Certification preferred
