Solar Asset Coordinator

About the role

Radiance Solar is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Asset Manager to join our growing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the performance and reliability of our solar assets by coordinating field technicians, overseeing maintenance activities, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring our clients' solar systems are performing at their best.

Requirements

• Experience in solar operations, asset management, or field service coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage technician dispatch, prioritize maintenance needs, and improve operational performance
• Understanding of solar energy systems and a passion for renewable energy
