About the role

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers. Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions. This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base. Success in this position hinges on your focus on positively influencing every individual you encounter.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and generate enthusiasm for Sunrun’s solar and storage products.
• Educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
• Proactively schedule appointments to expand the Sunrun customer base.
• Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Stand and be mobile for extended periods, including lifting up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities.
• Manage a multi-store territory within a 15-30 mile radius using reliable transportation.

Pay

Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments. Potential earnings:

• Average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent).
• Top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year.
• Average compensation in California (Base pay + Incentives) for the first 12 months ranges from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40 (personal success dependent).
