About the role

As a pivotal member of the Sunrun retail team, you will embody the essence of our brand within designated partner retail stores, playing a vital role in influencing potential customers.

Your impact will be measured by your ability to foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for our products, and educate potential customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.

This role requires you to proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships, generate enthusiasm for products, and educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
• Proactively schedule appointments and contribute to expanding the Sunrun customer base.
• Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Maintain reliable transportation within a 15‑30 mile radius (on average) to manage a multi‑store territory.
• Stand and be mobile for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds as part of daily responsibilities in a retail environment.

Pay

Average compensation ranges from $51,408 to $87,288 (location and personal success dependent).

Top performers can earn up to $160,000+ per year.

Competitive hourly base pay and uncapped commissions for generating new solar appointments.

Average compensation in California (base pay + incentives) for the first 12 months ranges from $53,654.40 to $89,534.40 (personal success dependent).

Starting salary/wage complies with local wage requirements; compensation decisions are not based on salary history.
