Responsibilities

• Develop custom software training guides, cheat sheets, slide decks, and scenario-based exercises
• Interview subject matter experts about work processes, technological tools, and performance standards
• Analyze software documentation for relevance, accuracy, and quality
• Maintain materials in knowledge bases and learning management systems
• Prepare training facilitators to deliver materials via training sessions
• Support teammates in designing custom training curricula
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing software training materials
• 3+ years of experience supporting civil engineering or construction teams
• 3+ years of experience supporting custom enterprise software implementations
• World-class written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced technological aptitude and digital literacy
• Ability to make independent progress in complex and dynamic environments

Pay

$80,000 - $130,000 based on experience, skills, location, and willingness to travel

Schedule

Remote in U.S. with <10% travel for key client meetings and company events
