Software Technical Support Representative

About the role
Provides quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications. Isolates problem source and works with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems. Follows up with users to ensure problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.

- Follow up with users to confirm problem resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all support activities.
Schedule
Start Date: 10/5/2026
Training: 6-8 weeks, primarily during standard daytime hours (8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time), Monday–Friday.
Production Shifts: Not yet finalized, but may fall within operating hours of 6:00 AM–11:15 PM Eastern Time, Sunday through Saturday.
Pay
Training Rate: $23/hour
Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.91 (reflects primary location; actual range may vary by location).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One or more years of experience in telecommunications, applications programming, or related field.
Skills
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, systems, and vendor capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Elavon or Talech experience preferred.
