Responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone and email. Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
- Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base
- Handle escalations and resolve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of common IT issues and troubleshooting techniques
