About the role

Responsible for providing technical support to clients via phone and email. Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients
  • Document issues and solutions in a knowledge base
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex problems
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of common IT issues and troubleshooting techniques
