Software Support Representative

About the role

To provide software and operational support on the various applications utilized by Practice Plus/BH/Arkansas Health Group. This includes serving as a liaison between various departments including the IT Team and 3rd party companies.

Requirements

• HS Diploma and/or equivalent
• Software support and training experience
• Experience in the medical field
• Detail oriented and able to troubleshoot software problems and/or questions
• Computer skills: Medical software and MS Office based applications
• Clear understanding of revenue cycle
• Fundamental insurance carrier knowledge
• Ability to demonstrate work authorization at the time of beginning employment (no immigration sponsorship provided)

Schedule

• Shift: Day
• Working Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
• Authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly
