Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and integration of software systems across embedded platforms, mission systems, and terrestrial applications.
- Contribute to software development activities including prototyping, integration, testing, and delivery across multiple security levels.
- Ensure software solutions support interoperability, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Enable modern digital infrastructure and software pipelines that enable secure development, integration, and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software agility, automation, and delivery speed.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and processes supporting DevSecOps execution.
- Support alignment with open architectures, reference frameworks, and interface standards.
- Participate in technical planning, design reviews, test reviews, and technical assessments.
- Aid in evaluating system designs for compliance, integration readiness, and operational suitability.
- Career coordination and communication across government and industry stakeholders.
- Develop technical documentation, briefing materials, and decision support content.
- Present technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
Key Competencies
- Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience supporting software systems design, integration, or architecture in secure or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile and DevSecOps.
- Experience using collaboration and engineering tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Cameo.
- Ability to work in classified environments, including vault/SCIF settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with open architectures, modular software systems, or reference architectures.
- Background supporting complex system-of-systems or mission-critical software efforts.
- Exposure to software delivery across multiple lifecycle phases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments.
