Software Support Representative Loans
About the role
This role is focused on providing level one troubleshooting and support to customers within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on back-office operations and loan processing.
Responsibilities
- Provides level one troubleshooting and accurately assesses customer issues.
- Researches customer problems and escalates issues as necessary.
- Answers general application questions and provides support.
- Maintains accurate records and monitors incoming cases.
- Trains new employees and assists in training programs.
- Manages hardware capacity and performance as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Experience with Jack Henry Silverlake Software is a plus.
