This is a hybrid opportunity, working 3 days per week onsite in Durham, NC or Hoboken, NJ.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software Quality Engineering or QA experience
- Strong Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience
- Hands-on test automation experience
- API and integration testing experience
- Agile software development experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Experience
- Salesforce Agentforce experience
- Salesforce Data Cloud exposure
- Experience testing AI-enabled applications or conversational AI
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce enhancements
- Validate Service Cloud functionality and integrations
- Participate in sprint planning, testing, and release activities
- Log, track, and retest defects
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
- Help improve automation coverage and QA best practices
