About the role

The Software Product Team Lead will oversee the development and delivery of software products within the Digital Ops team. This role is responsible for leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within the Digital Ops team.
  • Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Identify and address technical issues and bugs in software products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of software developers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with software development in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of software development tools and technologies such as Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Docker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform.

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
