Software or Systems Engineers - Avionics
About the role
We are seeking passionate Software or Systems Engineers to design and develop software solutions for state-of-the-art safety-critical systems in the areas of Avionics and Space Exploration.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions for safety-critical systems in Avionics and Space Exploration.
- Work on projects involving Avionics and Space Exploration applications such as Synthetic Vision Cockpit Displays, Flight Management System Guidance and Navigation, Platforms, and Datalink Applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets project requirements and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, including DO-178 for Avionics software development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience.
- Avionics software development experience including DO-178.
- Proficiency in at least one language such as C or C++.
- Embedded software experience is desired but not required.

Pay
Salary Range: $75,000-$145,000 DOE
