You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate internal platforms to facilitate AI agent creation
• Develop services and frameworks for reliable, secure AI-powered workflows
• Create high-impact AI agents to enhance developer productivity
• Collaborate with engineers to identify developer needs and deliver solutions
• Contribute to the architecture of AI platform services and integrations
• Establish best practices for AI agent development and deployment
• Enhance platform reliability and usability through thoughtful design

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• 7+ years of experience in backend services and distributed systems
• 3+ years in AI systems, including AI agents and LLM applications
• 5+ years in modern development practices including CI/CD and observability
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams

Pay

$177,600 – $257,400 annually
