About the role

The Device Intelligence & Geospatial Insights (DIGI) team develops the engineering platforms and trusted data products that help T-Mobile understand what customers are experiencing on the network. The team collects, manages, and transforms large-scale device diagnostics into reusable data products, geospatial intelligence, and AI-enabled insights that enable teams across T-Mobile to identify customer-impacting issues faster, prioritize network investments, improve device performance, and measure the impact of network changes.

Requirements

Telecommunications experience is helpful but not required. We are primarily seeking an experienced software engineering leader with strong technical depth and a passion for solving complex engineering problems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • 4-7 years Experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment
  • Less than 2 years Experience in managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more

Benefits

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.

Pay

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Schedule

Base Pay Range: $136,600 - $246,300
