What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain production services and user-facing applications
• Design, implement, and review system architecture and APIs
• Write clean, well-tested code and improve reliability and performance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and automated testing
• Instrument logging, metrics, and tracing for observability
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver customer-facing features
• Participate in code reviews, incident response, and on-call rotations (when applicable)

What We’re Looking For

• Mid-senior production delivery experience in software engineering
• Strong programming fundamentals and system design skills (data modeling, scaling)
• Experience with cloud services, containers, and distributed systems
• Comfort debugging complex issues across services in a remote environment

Typical Tech Stack (Varies by Team)

• REST/gRPC, microservices, event-driven systems
• SQL/NoSQL, caching, queues/streams
• Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD
• Metrics, logs, tracing; security basics (least privilege, secrets management)

Compensation

Hourly base pay range: $30–$50 per hour (USD), depending on role scope and candidate fit.
