Software Engineering Intern

About the role

You'll ship production code on day 1. Interns are treated the same as engineers, taking full ownership of delivery and carrying customer pain points from conception to a lovable solution. The team prototypes, delivers, and iterates quickly, focusing on what drives the most value for customers while cultivating a culture of collaboration, rigor, and curiosity. You'll work on problems that motivate and inspire you, using cutting‑edge AI tooling in‑house to develop in the new age of product and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code from day one.
• Prototype, deliver, and iterate on features based on feedback.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of engineering tasks, including gathering customer pain points.
• Apply cutting‑edge AI tooling to modern software development.
• Work on problems that motivate personal curiosity and drive customer value.

Qualifications

• Love for food and passion for CPG brands.
• Experience shipping scrappy projects you felt passionate about.
• Ability to build things without being assigned.
• Curiosity to identify problems and explore solutions.
• Comfort saying “I don’t know” and then finding out.
• Desire to grow into a founding engineer role.

Skills

• Software engineering (full‑stack or backend as appropriate).
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and ownership mindset.
• Passion for food/CPG industry.
