What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and product features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to ship impactful solutions
• Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, and developer experience
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering best practices
• Help identify and resolve production issues and technical bottlenecks
• Contribute to building a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in fast-paced technology environments
• Strong programming fundamentals and experience with modern backend or full-stack technologies
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth startup environments
• Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and impact
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or B2B platforms is a plus
