Software Engineer, Senior

About the role

This role is for a senior full-stack developer who will develop and enhance complex software systems, including processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with C++, JavaScript, and Python, and a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a CS field or 18+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).

Schedule

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.

Work Model

If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility. Hybrid positions will involve frequent visits to a Booz Allen facility, while onsite positions will require primary work at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
