About the role
Join us as a Software Engineer IV - Technical Product Analyst to drive complex modernization initiatives from monolith to cloud.
Responsibilities
- Analyze legacy systems and define modern service boundaries
- Create clear, detailed user stories with edge-case handling and system behavior insights
- Create technical specifications, API contracts, and data mappings
- Partner with Engineering, Product, QA, and external vendors for seamless execution
- Coach teams in story refinement and cloud-focused acceptance criteria
- Ensure compliance, performance, and data model fidelity across modernization efforts
Requirements
- 5+ years in systems analysis, solution architecture, or technical product ownership
- Strong understanding of cloud-native patterns, REST APIs, and modernization strategies
- Experience with .NET, Azure, distributed systems, and SQL-based analysis
- Familiarity with DDD, Swagger/OpenAPI, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- Background in healthcare, payroll, or compliance-heavy domains is a plus
