Software Engineer Intern

As a Software Engineer Intern, you will work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build, test, and ship software used by real job seekers in our Santa Clara office. Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Build and improve reliable product features across frontend and backend systems• Design APIs, services, and data models that support AI-powered job search• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code• Debug production issues and improve system performance and reliability• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams in an in-person environmentQualification Required • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or C++• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA Preferred • Experience building web applications, APIs, or distributed systems• Familiarity with React, Node.js, SQL, or cloud platforms• Interest in AI, LLMs, recommendation systems, or developer tools• Previous internship, research, or significant personal project experience
