Responsibilities
- Build and improve reliable product features across frontend and backend systems
- Design APIs, services, and data models that support AI-powered job search
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Debug production issues and improve system performance and reliability
- Collaborate with product, design, and data teams in an in-person environment
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in at least one language, such as Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or C++
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Preferred
- Experience building web applications, APIs, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with React, Node.js, SQL, or cloud platforms
- Interest in AI, LLMs, recommendation systems, or developer tools
- Previous internship, research, or significant personal project experience
