About the role
A global leader in short-form mobile video is seeking talented individuals to join their innovative teams and participate in content AI training and inference architecture design. This role focuses on enhancing development efficiency, performance, scalability, and system stability.
Responsibilities
- Build highly available and low-latency content understanding inference architectures for online and offline training and inference of massive content.
- Analyze and optimize the performance of training and inference architectures, particularly for large model (LLMs) training and inference on GPU-based systems.
- Research cutting-edge technologies to drive architectural upgrades and expand application scenarios for content understanding.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to serve users worldwide and address challenges in a globalized architectural environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Familiarity with high-concurrency content processing system design and proficiency in distributed frameworks (e.g., Flink/Spark) and message queues (e.g., Kafka/Pulsar).
- Strong software programming capabilities with good code design and coding style, familiar with at least one of C++/Python/Java.
- Strong interest in large model training, inference, and optimization; relevant experience is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and globally distributed team environment.
