Responsibilities
- Buys and supports solutions for trade lifecycle management, workflow tracking, and other critical functionality.
- Develops front-end Web applications, back-end services, and assists in commercial product integrations.
- Collaborates with other team members in design, implementation, and code reviews.
- Participates in requirements meetings and design sessions with NISA’s business departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 3+ years of experience developing with an object-oriented language (C#, Java, etc.).
- Experience working with a source control system, like GitHub.
- Interest in modern technologies, including containerization, cloud-native solutions, AI assisted development, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, and front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or another relational database platform.
- Experience designing queries in SQL Server or another relational database platform.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Experience developing cloud native applications preferred.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs.
- Experience with automation and CI/CD practices and tooling, such as GitHub Actions, Ansible, and Terraform preferred.
