Information Technology - Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate artificial intelligence end user capabilities into proprietary Quality Management application.
• Collaborate with functional leads to define the technical vision and design optimal solutions to meet business requirements.
• Partner with developers to deliver these solutions while complying with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor developers on AI best practices and drive knowledge sharing across the team.
• Translate business metrics into AI solutions.
• Work cross-functionally and mentor teammates.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event driven, serverless) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
