Software Engineer, GTM Platform

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Software Engineer to join the GTM Platform team. This role focuses on the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, working across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver software end-to-end for go-to-market teams
• Develop demo and sandbox infrastructure for showcasing the company’s capabilities
• Create AI-powered workflows to streamline operations and mitigate customer-specific challenges
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance product based on field feedback
• Evaluate engineering trade-offs to maximize impact across GTM teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience preferred
• Experience shipping high-quality products with measurable impact
• Ability to create scalable platform capabilities
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with customer-facing teams
• Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment and develop professionally

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
