About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s excited about AI and thinks like a product owner. You’re scrappy, opinionated, and energized by building from zero to one in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You care more about what ships than what stack you’re shipping on, and you use AI tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a genuine force multiplier, not a novelty. At Podium you’ll work on projects that directly shape the success of our platform and the businesses we support.

Responsibilities

• Own features end‑to‑end, from the first design conversation to production.
• Influence architecture and collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Help keep our systems reliable as we scale.
• Invest in the people around you by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and raising the team’s collective ceiling.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement while staying ahead of AI trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years building and shipping production systems, full stack.
• Strong user mindset and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast‑paced, impact‑oriented environments.
• Daily hands‑on relationship with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) and the ability to use them to move meaningfully faster.
• Strong bias for action and deep intellectual curiosity, proactively exploring emerging technologies and unfamiliar domains.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, seeking clarity whenever needed.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and tackle ambiguous problems head‑on.
• Must be local and available to work in‑office, 5 days per week at our Lehi, UT headquarters.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience contributing to systems that drive real impact.
• Experience at a fast‑moving startup or SaaS company.
• Experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams to create and refine impactful solutions.
• Exposure to our current stack (Elixir/Phoenix, React, Python, PostgreSQL) and AI technologies, or genuine curiosity to pick it up quickly.
