Software Engineer, Fullstack
About Glean
Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. It started as the industry's most advanced enterprise search but has since evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform.
With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business - without vendor lock-in or costly implementation cycles. Glean redefines how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge, mapping relationships between people, content, and activity to deliver personalized, context-aware responses for every employee.
The platform includes agentic capabilities - AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing a broad range of data, from enterprise to world, structured to unstructured, historical to real-time. This results in measurable business impact through faster onboarding, increased productivity, and smarter, safer decisions at every level.
Glean is recognized by Fast Company, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, and Gartner, among others, for its innovative approach to Work AI. It serves customers across 50+ industries and employs over 1,000 people in more than 25 countries, making Work AI accessible to every employee in every company.
