We're the #1 TikTok Shop partner helping brands like Under Armour, Hanes, HeyDude, and Logitech scale their affiliate marketing. We've crossed 7 figures in ARR and are looking to raise a seed round and double our team by this year.

Our vision is to become the Hubspot for creator marketing, powering brands and creators to connect and grow across all commerce platforms like Youtube Shopping, Instagram Shopping, Shopify, and Amazon. Reacher will be a key infrastructure component of the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead product features end-to-end: research, design, implement, test, and ship.
• Talk directly to customers and translate vague requirements into polished experiences.
• Design scalable backend systems (we use Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP).
• Build responsive, delightful UIs (we use React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with minimal oversight.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering processes.
• Work with a high sense of urgency – we ship fast and learn fast.

Requirements

• You've got 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally at a product-first company or FAANG-level environment (SDE-2 level ownership expected).
• You're comfortable building full-stack features — from schema design to frontend polish.
• You care about product, not just code.
• You've owned something meaningful end-to-end in the past (a product module, an infra refactor, etc).
• You're resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity. You figure things out.
• You've worked in an early-stage startup or been a first hire before.
• You've built internal tooling, dashboards, or systems that scaled to thousands of users.
• You're curious about AI, e-commerce, or automation — we work in that space.
• You've shipped side projects or contributed to open-source.

Qualifications

• You'll get autonomy, speed, and visibility – no boring tickets.
• Your code will be in front of users within days, not months.
• You'll work with a strong engineering-first culture.
• You'll shape not just the product but also the company.

Skills

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GCP, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui.
• Comfort with full-stack development, from schema design to frontend polish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI, e-commerce, or automation.
• Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and engineering processes.
