About the role

Sift is the data infrastructure platform for hardware engineering teams. Sift turns high-frequency telemetry into engineering insights for mission-critical systems. Teams use Sift to build and operate rockets, satellites, autonomous vehicles, energy systems, defense platforms, and more. Founded by former SpaceX engineers who built the tools behind Dragon and Starlink, Sift is building the data infrastructure to herald the AI era for physical systems. In this role, you'll build high-performance data visualization interfaces and reusable component libraries for complex telemetry data, create intuitive user interfaces for data exploration while optimizing for large real-time datasets, collaborate with backend teams on API design and implementation for seamless user experiences, and write clean, maintainable code while participating in technical design discussions. The position is based at Sift’s headquarters in Marina Del Rey, CA (next to LAX). Relocation to Los Angeles or remote work from the San Francisco office is possible for the right candidate.
