Software Engineer, Frontend

For a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Software Engineer (Frontend) to join their team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Build scalable web applications and features
• Design performant, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces
• Lead discussions on technical vision while implementing complex projects
• Champion industry-leading UX practices within the team
• Enhance engineering processes and tools for improved productivity
• Recruit and mentor engineers and interns, fostering a culture of excellence
• Contribute to refining interview processes to support team growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years frontend engineering experience preferred
• Proficient in JavaScript and React
• Strong understanding of visual design principles
• Experience shipping high-quality products at scale
• Ability to translate business ideas into technical solutions
• Eagerness to excel in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
