Software Engineer(Front-End/React), Senior Advisor - TS/SCI w/poly

About the role

Provides IC data management support to modernize mega data repositories, dataflow management, data provenance and compliance validation, and streaming solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces for mission-critical applications
• Build and maintain front-end components using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Collaborate with back-end engineers, system architects, and mission stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements that enhance usability across enterprise systems
• Support the evolution of a mature codebase while introducing modern front-end best practices

Requirements

• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related field
• Four (4) additional years of SWE experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications using React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph

Qualifications

• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries (preferred)
• Familiarity with advanced React concepts (e.g., hooks, context, performance optimization) (preferred)
• Experience developing with TypeScript (preferred)
• Exposure to modern UI/UX best practices and component-based architecture (preferred)

Details Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000
