Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building distributed, high-reliability backend systems and event-driven architectures using languages like Kotlin, Go, or Rust.
- Strong expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure tools such as Kotlin, Temporal, and AWS/GCP.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-agency environment and enjoys working in-office in SoHo.

What You Will Do
As a Software Engineer on the Core Financial Platform team, you will:
- Architect and build core trading, financing, and fund management systems that orchestrate and reconcile complex flows of funds with high reliability.
- Implement event-driven backend systems and asynchronous workflows using tools like Kotlin, Temporal, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Participate in high-level architecture discussions and code reviews, maintaining complete ownership of mission-critical transaction systems from design to production.
