About the Role
Superhuman Mail is central to how people communicate and get work done. As part of the Mail team, Back-End engineers build the real-time systems powering our product, from the infrastructure behind message flows to the AI layer that keeps work moving intelligently. This role sits at the intersection of systems engineering and AI.
You’ll build services enabling agentic workflows to scale in Superhuman Mail and the real-time infrastructure connecting our AI layer to users across every surface. You’ll also help design the infrastructure for creating and publishing custom agents to a marketplace reaching tens of millions of users. Superhuman engineers have the freedom to innovate and shape the product roadmap.
