Our team of Analysts and Engineers is motivated by the direct impact on the mission, crafting specialized tools for enhanced efficiency and quick iterations for our operations user base. Responsibilities

• Develop agentic integrations with Python that leverage multiple AI models, APIs, and data sources in production
• Build tools and agentic workflows within modern frameworks like PydanticAI, Langgraph, and DeepAgents
• Work directly with key stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand operational workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Design and implement real-time analytics pipelines in Python leveraging Apache Kafka for stream processing and Elasticsearch for indexing and querying
• Maintain and troubleshoot a production grade agentic platform

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
• 3 years of experience in software development with strong Python proficiency
• Hands on experience building and maintaining production applications servicing hundreds to thousands of users
• Experience developing resilient, scalable stream processing applications using modern messaging and event-streaming platforms
• Experience leveraging AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation
• Understanding of AI development concepts, including prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool/function calling
• Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance With Polygraph Is Required
• U.S citizenship required (green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible)

Pay

Salary range: $115,000 - $160,000. Disclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.
